will be rocking new threads as he looks to continue his playmaking ways with the Westside Warriors. Yasir had a great sophomore season, flashing his massive upside as he finished the year with 180 passing yards, 165 rushing yards, 341 receiving yards, two passing touchdowns, three rushing touchdowns, and five receiving touchdowns. Grixby projects best as a receiver who can be moved around the offense to either take advantage of favorable 1v1s or be used on gadget runs, sweeps, etc to get the ball in his hands quickly. His biggest assets are his vision and twitch as a ball carrier. Yasir is very good at following his blocks and identifying opening lanes in the defense while also having the quick change of direction to hit those gaps. He’s also surprisingly tough to tackle, partly because his shiftiness can make defenders miss in the open field, but also due to his top-tier balance and footwork when trying to stay upright. Very good route runner who can create separation, but also has a good feel for spacing and being able to find the soft spots in coverage. Reliable hands and target over the middle of the field. We’ve seen flashes during his freshman and sophomore seasons, now I think we’ll see Yasir in even better form in 2026!

is a player with elite potential after showing out as one of the top receiving options on an exciting Omaha Central offense. In only his freshman campaign, Yasir hauled in 23 receptions for 425 yards and two receiving touchdowns with another score on the ground. Yasir is a super twitchy receiver who can create separation from defenders in coverage and can make them whiff on tackle attempts in the open field. He is very quick getting off the ball, which allows him to get a clean release at the line and can use his stem to set up DBs, making them flip their hips before making a sharp break at the top of the route. Once he has the ball in his hands, Yasir can hit his next gear to accelerate and leave the defense in the dust. Plenty of opportunities to shine this season for Yasir!

, who looks to be Central’s next two-way high-profile prospect. Grixby is one of those players you want to get the ball to and let him create plays with his athleticism. He looked good at receiver, where he displayed strong hands and great burst/twitch after the catch to tack on extra yardage. Yasir also flashes some solid route running that helps him create separation from defenders at the top of his route. Grixby ended his freshman campaign with 23 catches, 425 yards, two receiving touchdowns, and a rushing touchdown.
