He would look at home on a D1 roster right now-that’s how big his frame is and how filled out he is. He’s a powerful, powerful back no one is able to bring down with arm tackles. Bala is consistently able to run through defenders, and he’s got more burst and a quicker first step than you’d typically associate with a bigger back. He’s got the best contact balance of any back in the state. Uncanny ability to stay on his feet in traffic. Keeps legs churning through guys. And he’s comfortable as a receiver. He’s going to make a D1 program very happy.
