Another standout big man in the trenches for the Flying Eagles this season will be 2026 OL Tyrez Jones Tyrez Jones 6'4" | 300 lbs | OL Woodrow Wilson | 2026 State WV . He’s a big, strong athlete with a lot of power behind his 6’4 300 frame. Jones will be a road grader in Woodrow Wilson’s Wing-T scheme, which they’ll need as they break in new running backs this season. He can play center and guard, and is another prospect who D2 programs should be heavily targeting this fall.

We’ve been anxiously waiting for 2026 Woodrow Wilson OL Tyrez Jones Tyrez Jones 6'4" | 300 lbs | OL Woodrow Wilson | 2026 State WV to post-game film for the first time and were finally able to evaluate him after his junior year. We first discovered Jones as a freshman putting up big numbers in the weight room two years ago which immediately caught our attention. Two years later, Jones now sits inside of the Top 60 in the 2026 rankings and just outside of the Top 10 for offensive linemen. He has the ceiling to continue climbing up the ranks as a still raw prospect with great size who plays center for the Flying Eagles. Jones has the size and power to create a high ceiling for himself as a prospect with more levels to discover in his game.

A defensive tackle, Jones has very good size for a defensive tackle at 6-foot-4 and 319-pounds. He has recorded a 6.5 forty-yard dash and a 4.6 shuttle. Currently projects to a one-tech defensive tackle at the next level who would play well against the run. Has some upside as a pass rusher as well with a quality first step to his game.

The 6-foot-4, 319-pound Jones has great strength with a 425 pound squat and 655 pound deadlift. He also has a 220 bench and 200 pound clean in his personal records. Not a ton of game film available for him, however. By his testing numbers, his athleticism is somewhat limited with a 6.5 forty-yard dish and a 4.6 shuttle. That being said, the size and strength here is promising. Again, another prospect to put in your notebook to check back in on perhaps next fall.
