BREAKOUT CANDIDATE

The Flying Eagles are in good hands at center with 2028 OL Dylan Via back for another season. After earning the starting job as a sophomore, Via has already established himself as one of the leaders of an offensive line that will be leaned on in Woodrow Wilson’s Wing-T offense. He has the size and athleticism to thrive in the system, and his continued growth is a big reason the trenches should remain a strength for this team. Via is also trending in the right direction as a prospect after picking up an offer from Concord, and his stock should continue trending upward over the next two years.

Really liked what I saw from Dylan Via Dylan Via 6'1" | 265 lbs | OL/DL Woodrow Wilson | 2028 State WV and not just because he was rocking a mullet haircut. Via who plays for Woodrow Wilson High School tested and competed at a high level. A good broad jump for his size at 7’0 Via earned a top performer spot. The 36th overall ranked 2028 prospect will be playing at the next level in a couple years.

2028 Woodrow Wilson OL Dylan Via Dylan Via 6'1" | 265 lbs | OL/DL Woodrow Wilson | 2028 State WV impressed us in person every time we saw him at camps this summer. He’ll be a varsity starter sooner rather than later for the Eagles with the early ability he’s shown heading into his sophomore year. Via has good feet for his age with quality size that will allow him to play tackle in high school. He has developed his technique well for his age and is putting in the work this off-season to quickly develop into a prospect to watch closely in this class.

We recently got to see 2028 Woodrow Wilson OL Dylan Via Dylan Via 6'1" | 265 lbs | OL/DL Woodrow Wilson | 2028 State WV at our Combine Series camp earlier this month, where he was a Top Performer as a freshman and stood out again on Saturday. Via has flashed a lot of upside and potential in the two times we’ve had the chance to see him, and could develop into a top OL prospect in his class. He has quality footwork and size for his age, and can comfortably play tackle with a potential future at guard.

A surprise Top Performer that we knew very little about heading into the camp but impressed as a young lineman was 2028 Woodrow WIlson OL Dylan Via Dylan Via 6'1" | 265 lbs | OL/DL Woodrow Wilson | 2028 State WV . Via battled some talented and older defensive lineman throughout the day winning his fair share of reps and earning a Top 3 Performer spot from his position coach. From a physical standpoint, you’d be surprised that he’s only a freshman with a frame to continue to add size. Via has good footwork that allowed him to play some tackle during the camp but pending further growth could slide inside to guard and excel in the future. It wouldn’t surprise us if he earns a starting varsity spot as a sophomore for Woodrow Wilson who has some fellow talented big men to compete with.
