Gage Burdette Gage Burdette 6'1" | 165 lbs | ATH Woodrow Wilson | 2028 State WV was in the mix for Woodrow Wilson’s starting quarterback position over the summer, but he made the unselfish move to running back for the Eagles to get on the field. Burdette never looked back as he totaled 1,600 all-purpose yards and 13 touchdowns in his sophomore season. His best position as a prospect is yet to be determined, but Burdette is a plus athlete who can play any skill position at a high level.

Woodrow Wilson needed someone to step up at running back this season after graduating most of their rushing production from last season, and 2028 ATH Gage Burdette Gage Burdette 6'1" | 165 lbs | ATH Woodrow Wilson | 2028 State WV answered that call in a big way on Friday night. Burdette could’ve easily been selfish after a QB competition this summer saw him second on the depth chart, but he put the team first and moved next to his running mate in the Flying Eagles’ backfield. He finished the game with 180 yards and 2 touchdowns on 16 carries and appears to have solidified that position this year.
