Trey Berry is a super talented running back out of  Sidney Lanier that made a big impact out of the backfield for their offense last season. Berry offers a ton to their run game with how well he performs when the ball is in his hands. He is able to make huge plays on the ground due to how great he is at shedding tackles and making defenders miss, and has the speed and acceleration to separate himself from anyone on the field athletically. In addition to his speed and finesse, Berry also has the ability to play through contact and sustain big hits- he’s a tough to back to gameplan against with how dynamic he is. Berry put all of these skills and more on full display last fall- he ended up carrying the ball 134 times for 1252 yards and 7 touchdowns on the ground with an additional 8 receptions for 112 yards in the air as well.  In the last year, Berry has seen his recruiting stock go up-he recently picked up offers from Minnesota, ULM, UAB and more.
