From game 1 today, he consistently rose through contact to make plays in the endzone, and also came away with an INT. is a talented DB from Montgomery who’s lined up and produced a ton in Carver’s secondary.
“Defensively, Kater thrives off his speed and makes a ton of hustle plays at CB. He’s quick on his feet, is great in pursuit, and can slip by blockers to make some impressive tackles close and behind the line of scrimmage. Kater is just as impressive in coverage. He’s physical in press, isn’t easily baited, and sticks with his assignments all over the field.
Kater is also a huge factor on special teams. He’s a talented returner who frequently puts his team in great starting field position. I can’t wait to see more from him this upcoming season. He has a ton of talent.”
