Faavae had two touchdown runs and one was a beautiful 41-yard touchdown on an off-tackle run.

He reads defenses very well in the running game is very fast once he gets past the second level. Faavae was a non factor in the passing game but without his legs, De La Salle likely doesn’t score against Mater Dei.

Faavae had another solid showing in the Norcal title game against a loaded Clovis North team, and started off hot right from the get go. He rushed for two scores, and added another one in the air while the Spartans scored and shut out Clovis North 41-0. Faavae has been having a terrific Junior season, rushing and passing for both around 800+ yards at this point in the season (per MaxPreps). He will be one of the top returning offensive players across the state next Fall, and currently holds an offer from UNLV, and is rated as a three-star prospect per multiple sites.
