Sophomore Thatcher Shelton Thatcher Shelton 6'1" | 175 lbs | QB/ATH Lincoln Northwest | 2028 NE is an interesting name to keep a close eye on this fall as he makes the push to be the Silver Hawks’ starting QB. Shelton didn’t see a ton of varsity time as a freshman, but he has been very busy this offseason with some eye-opening performances at summer camp. Thatcher put his athleticism on full display at the Ole Miss camp with a reported 4.48 40-yard dash, 34.8″ vertical jump, and a 9’5″ broad jump, showcasing the explosiveness that makes him such a high-ceiling prospect. I’m looking forward to getting some more looks at Thatcher as a passer, but he already flashes a big arm that can push the ball downfield while delivering the ball with solid timing. Lots of opportunities for Thatcher to shine in 2025!
