from Lincoln Southwest. Evan has been high on our radar since his freshman campaign and is fresh off of totaling 36 tackles, 14 TFLs, four sacks, and two blocked kicks. Evan played a versatile role on the Silver Hawks’ defense, with time at linebacker and at defensive end, but will likely spend most of his time at LB, where he projects best for the college level. Overall, Evan is an explosive athlete with top-tier strength and speed, making him a well-rounded weapon who can get to the QB, defend the run, and spill out into coverage. He has the strength to bullrush his way into backfields and plays with violent hands when looking to disengage from opponents at the LOS. Robinson tracks the ball very well and has the lateral quickness to chase down ball carriers, even when they’re several yards downfield. Great measurables at 6’2″ and 225 pounds. Monster in the making!

is a player primed to take on a bigger role this fall and has all the tools to excel at it. Robinson was able to get some more experience in year two, finishing the season with 21 tackles, three TFLs, and two sacks. Right off the bat, Evan impresses with a strong 6’3″, 210-pound frame that projects well for a college linebacker, while also reporting a 4.69 40-yard dash. Although the sample size is small, it’s clear to see a well-rounded skill set in Evan, with his ability to rush the passer and defend against the run. He is quick to trigger downhill and does an excellent job plugging up gaps to stuff run lanes. Evan is capable of delivering the big hit, but also shows the awareness to go for more secure tackles to avoid any ball carriers slipping away. You also can’t sleep on him on the offensive side, where he proved to be a brutal blocker and a massive asset in the run game, using great technique and enough power to end the play in a pancake block. Great athlete who is only starting to scratch the surface.

Evan is a big defensive lineman with an explosive edge about him, making him an absolute force in the trenches. With his big 6’2 frame, Evan has the length to get extension on opposing offensive linemen and shed them easily. Evan also knows how to use his body to win head-to-head battles, thanks to his skilled experience in wrestling. Overall, Evan is growing into the prototypical frame of a prime-time defensive lineman. It won’t be long until he is getting looks from some of the national powerhouse programs around the country.

-A multi-sport athlete with a lot of potential coming out of Nebraska in this 2027 class. Also wrestles and placed third at the Nebraska USA Wrestling State Tournament
-Is listed (unverified) at 6-foot-2 and 185-pounds with a great frame. He’s a long, muscular kid that is already benching 225 pounds and squatting north of 300
-Bends and gets around the edge extremely well for an eighth-grade prospect with his build. Very explosive once he gets hip to hip with the opposing Offensive Tackle, flashing impressive speed into the backfield
