A JV RB who is expected to emerge as a varsity athlete next season, Walek has a lot of tools that will lend themselves to his success down the road. I think his greatest asset as a ball carrier is his vision. Walek routinely finds cutback lanes when plays appear to be breaking down, and due to how hard he runs, there are multiple times he’s able to extend a play for a few additional yards. I’d love to see him on the camp circuit this offseason for some in-person evaluation!
