For a passing offense that averaged over 308 yards per game over the air last season, they were able to generate quite a lot out of their top receivers, including for the most coveted TE prospect in MN entering 2027 in De’Mandre Frierson-Hollie De’Mandre Frierson-Hollie 6'3" | 235 lbs | TE/DL Cretinderham Hall | 2027 State MN . Hollie led the team with 1025 receiving yards on 61 receptions (16.8 YPC) and 12 receiving TDs, ranking 3rd in the entire state in receiving yards. Hollie was outstanding in the passing game, using his lengthy frame to win consistently on contested throws and high-pointing catches over defender’s heads with ease. Possessing a strong combination of speed, strength, and overall skill at the TE position, Hollie holds a D1 offer from South Dakota, but with the numbers he’s been putting up already, he’s bound to receive a lot more attention from D1 scouts entering his senior season.

A 2025 Breakout Campaign that has culminated due to a strong 2025 Summer Camp SZN, a ton of hard work in the weight room, hardwood, and Metro-area turf fields around the 651, and seizing the moment in the budding 2025 regular season, De’Mandre Frierson-Hollie De’Mandre Frierson-Hollie 6'3" | 235 lbs | TE/DL Cretinderham Hall | 2027 State MN is no doubt a Breakout Star of the season. His performance at one of the PJ Fleck RTB Prospect Camps in June helped solidify him as a Minnesota Gophers prospect to watch, as he’s received multiple gameday invites and recruiting graphics, and his efforts as CDH’s #1 pass-catching threat have the Raiders sitting at a solid 3-1 going into Week 5. Frierson-Hollie is leading CDH in receptions (26), yards (400), and TDs (5), and he’s added 7 tackles and a TFL for good measure.
Big, long, quick, strong in the air and in 50/50, contested catch settings, and using a massive catch radius that will reel in anything and everything thrown his way, as seen by his performance during 1v1s at the aforementioned Gophers prospect camp, Frierson-Hollie is putting up some seriously fun film through the midseason point of the 2025 season.
His midseason mixtape shows off a TE who primarily flexes out of the slot and is a smooth route runner who can flip his hips, use his quick feet, and show some shake at the top of the route. Frierson-Hollie displays strong hands that can reel in and finish receptions through tight coverage, and I love the YAC ability at his size. Shows real get-up and burst, contact balance that can run through weaker tackle attempts without breaking stride, and has the top-end speed to eat up big chunks of yardage or find the endzone if given the edge. Plus, he’s strong blocker who can physically dominate in the trenches when asked, and the skillset, particularly the contested catch and YAC ability, project very well to the college level. Could be a fruitful offseason on the recruiting trail for this developing Raiders pass-catcher.

Cretin-Derham Hall’s 2027 class has the chance to be special, and the Raiders are one of the most represented programs on both the 2027 Ranking’s Board and Watchlist. Their sophomore with the highest ceiling is 6’6, 215 lber. De’Mandre Frierson-Hollie De’Mandre Frierson-Hollie 6'3" | 235 lbs | TE/DL Cretinderham Hall | 2027 State MN , a young buck already possessing both D1-worthy size and length as well as a basketball background that should always be coveted in Minnesota prospects. Not only is it a basketball background, Frierson-Hollie plays with the nationally-ranked Raiders basketball team, so this kind of high-level functional athleticism should not be underestimated.
Fierson-Hollie generally operates as a standup EDGE aligning outside the OT and his frame just oozes and shines with potential. Tall, long, and wiry, Frierson–Hollie’s length is utilized effectively in his pass-rushing game and he displays a ridiculous amount of room to fill in. He can shed blocks and make tackles around the LOS in run defense, has some good reps displaying an explosive get-off and a bit of bend, and can change direction and tackle in space. He instinctively will get his arms up and into passing lanes to disrupt an opponent’s quick game, can win as a speed rusher and can get upfield quickly, and does a good job of defending the read-option, which is helped by his effective closing speed. The 651 product also shows some pop in his initial punch that can knock blockers backward and win reps with power, but a year in the weight room and with another four seasons of natural development under his belt will help a ton, as will the number of varsity 5A reps he received as an underclassman, so his stock is only set to climb and climb. I’m looking for Fierson-Hollie to blow up in 2025, and it may have already begun, as the CDH sophomore earned a personal camp offer from the hometown Gophers for a PJ Fleck RTB Prospect Camp this summer.
