Qur’an is on the verge of a huge season for Milton Academy. Qur’an is a dual threat QB that has elite arm talent. He can make all the throws from the pocket and on the move. He has a quick release and one of the strongest arms in his class. The Buffalo commit has put in the work this offseason to be a top QB in the state.

Known for his muscular frame and exceptional field vision, Qur’an excels at throwing receivers open and executing back shoulder throws. Despite an injury that sidelined him early in the 2024 season, his resilience has been impressive; he demonstrated significant progress during the NXGN Showcase in March 2025.

Q is looking good these days. I got a chance to personally see him throw recently, and he is as sharp as ever ! His accuracy and arm strength is noticeably improved since the season, and he is as hungry as ever. Currently competing on the 7v7 circuit, look for him to dominate spring camps and earn even more P4 attention. This guy is the real deal.

“McNeil” is another prospect who attended the camp after earning an offer from the previous BC Staff in 2023. He has slowly gained national attention and has power 4 offers that continue to accumulate. His performance on the day confirmed why so many schools are taking interest in his skills. He has put in some work in the gym and has grown in height from my last viewing of him. His frame is solid and looks the part. His verified testing numbers were as follows: Height- 6’3″, Weight- 196, Arm size- 33.5, Hand size- 10, Broad jump- 9 foot 10 inches, 40 time- 4.95.

Qur’an McNeill continues to impress this off-season and has slowly become a national recruit to know. I have seen him play live and also perform in a live showcase setting and has impressed each time. I was informed during his showday, many coaches flocked to view him perform.

He is a C/O 2026 quarterback who attends Milton Academy in Massachusetts. On May 21, 2024, he announced an offer from the University of Cincinnati. The University of Cincinnati Coaches were in attendance during his show day.

Complete season evaluation. Ranked as a top-six sophomore passer, will likely jump up on our ranks. Absolute rocket for an arm, one of the more complete release packages I’ve seen out of underclassmen passers. Can launch footballs 40+ yards without his base, while getting hit in the mouth, tape proves it. Next-level anticipatory throws, seen hitting seam benders before his target even passes backers in the secondary. Milton Academy likes to move the launch point (to the right), forcing defenses to account for McNeill potentially running for first downs, or tossing balls deep when working flood concepts. Can zip balls in a throw frozen ropes, can change tempo, and throw moonshots when targeting wheels downfield, love how he can change arcs between plays. Going to be a kid who checks off all the boxes. Special talent carrying a special skill set.

Short Scout Analysis: He is coming of a spring/summer where he caught the attention of power 5 school; Boston College, and earned his 1st verbal offer. He is an extremely bright young prospect who is ready to make a statement this season. Has an excellent receiving core on his team that will also help with his completion percentages. Has a very solid muscular frame and he has very good field vision to find his targets. His team competes in a very competitive NESPAC schedule that will help his continued growth and development. Additional offers will come for this young man and after all is said and done, he should have an eye-popping season.
