His ability to stay square and generate power makes him effective in both run defense and disruption at the line.

I have had the opportunity to get my eyes on Edward a few times and he continues to impress. Edward is a solid 6’2, 250lbs, 2 way player at OL/DL. Edward has a great burst off the LOS. He is a tough, physical player who doesn’t take a snap off. He flashes tremendous athleticism for a lineman. Plays with a strong, balanced base of support. His work ethic and energy are contagious. Edward has already received a power 4 offer.

At 6’1″ and 230 pounds, Edward has already made significant waves on the field, showcasing his skills in both defensive and offensive roles throughout his freshman season in the NEPSAC. In just 8 games, he amassed an impressive 33 tackles, 3 sacks, and 15 quarterback pressures! Edward set the tone his showcase performance with his testing numbers. He performed very well in all of the testing drills, including running 5.03 in the 40 yard dash.

Edward is has a complete skill set for an OL. The combination of his athleticism, mobility and strength are high level for a Class of 2028.

Skeffington was sound in his technique and then dominated during 1 on 1’s. Already a starter at Milton Academy, Edward is a division 1 football talent.

Eddie has good strength, plays physical and can hold his own in the trenches. He still has some development to do, but he has helped this Milton team as a freshman, and it will be interesting to see how he continues to over the coming years.
