Quinn was one of the top performers at our showcase in January, and he once again came away with top performer status. Gagen shows a good attention to detail and is a technician at his position. He has a good understanding of how he wants to attack the defender. In pass pro he has quick feet, mirrors, and uses his hands well. Gagen is poised to have a strong summer and junior season as one of the leaders of the Raptors offensive line.

Gagen is a player I’ve had the pleasure of seeing person on multiple occasions. He started at Center for the state runner up Anderson Raptors. Though Quinn may give up some size in terms of weight against some defensive linemen he more than makes up with it in terms of technique and athleticism. He does a great job with his hand placement and anchoring down. As he continues to get bigger and stronger his game will go to a whole new level.

Quinn is having an excellent Sophomore season in 2024. His excellent play has helped the Anderson Raptors to an undefeated record of 10-0 where they averaged 48.8 points per game. He plays as a C. When run blocking, he is quick off the ball and displays very good use of hands and grip strength as he overpowers the NT before finishing the block to the ground for a pancake. In pass pro, he plays with a good base and exhibits great reactive athleticism as he resets his feet and mirrors the NT before winning battles with his hands inside.

Quinn played great as a Freshman in 2023. He plays as a C. While run blocking, he fires out low and displays good use of hands and very good play strength as he drives the DT several yards off the ball with ease creating a lane for the RB. In pass pro, he plays with a good base and shows great hand use as he wins battles with his hands inside and uses his great play strength as he negates the progress of the DT and gives the QB more time to pass the ball. He exhibits very good mental toughness as he elevates his play near the goal line.
