is a prospect that lines up in the slot, out wide, and even in the backfield. He is a weapon that is deployable in several aspects of an offense because of how quickly he gets to top speed, how well he changes direction, and how he gets defenders to flip their hips. With a running start from motion, that is where you will see Folmar at his best. Simply put, he is one of those prospects where the ball is best given to him as soon as possible so he can create.

from Delbarton is a receiver to be reckoned with. Getting to his top speed extremely quickly, Folmar is used as a receiver and a back out of the backfield. Blessed with the ability to change directions well, he can break defenders with the most subtle movement due to his speed. Folmar also understands the nuance of playing receiver, getting defenders to flip their hips and chase. Deep bombs are not all that he does, however. We see that Folmar can find soft spots in the zone and sit, wait, haul in the catch, and get up field quickly. As I watched more film, Folmar was more and more impressive breaking tackles, doing so at a higher rate than I initially was led to believe. As contact is made he will protect the ball, while also showing he can high point and use his hands as needed.

Delbarton utilizes him in multiple positions: running back, wildcat, slot receiver, and outside receiver. This versatility puts him in prime position to get numerous opportunities and potentially lead New Jersey in receptions.
Phillip is great after the catch. He uses his body control and concentration to make catches in traffic. His foot speed and long speed allow him to beat defenders deep and take them to the house. Last year, Phillip finished with 47 receptions according to MaxPreps. This season, with increased opportunities to touch the ball, he could easily double that number. Phillip is certainly a strong candidate to lead New Jersey in receptions.
