About Adrian
Expert Analysis
Jonathan Davalos | Prep Redzone Scout
Adrian was right up there with Haiden as one of the best defensive backs at the combine, displaying all the exceptional skills and traits that make for a top-tier DB. He demonstrated excellent footwork, staying low and chopping down as he changed directions, which allowed him to break on the ball and beat the receiver to it. His ability to stay hip to hip with some of the best receivers in attendance was a testament to his impressive coverage skills and his ability to mirror the receiver’s movements.
Adrian finished the day on a high note with an instinctive and well-timed interception, showcasing his natural football IQ and playmaking ability. His performance solidified his status as one of the top defensive backs at the event, and with his skills and instincts, he’s a player to watch in the coming years.

As is the case with many of the state’s top 2029 playmakers, when the ball is Hunter’s hands, good things are going to happen. As are exciting things. After playing a lot of Running Back in previous season, Hunter and his reported 4.68 speed in the forty has been a terror as a Returner and Wide Receiver for the Bergen County Stars. With the ball in his hands, he plays with the balance and vision of a Running Back, for obvious reasons. There is room for improvement in the ways he tracks the ball while in the air, and that will likely come from simply more reps as a Wide Receiver–if he remains at the position. Wherever he ends up playing, he’s a churn and burn kid that makes big plays.
