Nick has been one of my favorite players since seeing him live in person last season. He is an incredibly productive middle linebacker with over 110 tackles last season for the Golden Lions and does a great job in slowing down the interior run game. Nick is also a vocal leader for the defense. Nick may be a bit on the smaller side for a linebacker, but I think he can help set the culture for a college on that side of the ball in the next level. Nick also shows good speed in flowing to make tackles and is an excellent form tackler with great technique.
