Goering missed all of last season and didn’t record any stats, but was a versatile weapon for the Trojans in 2023. His last full season, Goering posted 12 catches for 100 yards and a touchdown offensively to go with 24 tackles and two interceptions on defense. Standing at 6’5″ and 190-pounds, his frame lends itself to being a pass-catcher at the next level.
After some strong camp appearances at wide receiver and tight end this fall, Goering holds offers from Sioux Falls and Upper Iowa, while also receiving interest from Northern Iowa, South Dakota State, North Dakota State and others.
