Major had an excellent night all night in the secondary for the falcons. East Kentwood boast one of the best secondary in the state and it was on full display all night. On multiple plays major suffocated the wideout and gave them no space to even attempt a ball. Major also flew up in run support and delivered the boom on tailbacks all night. I was very impressed with how well major communicated with the other secondary members and he showed to be a true leader for his defensive squad. major shows all the tools you are looking for in a big time safety and he will be looked to all season to make the big play or stop when needed.

Major is a safety at East Kentwood that I see as vastly underrated. Watching his film what really pops out is his ability to stay in phase with the wideouts and get his head turned around to make a play on the ball. I am also impressed with majors ability to come up and make big hits in the run game. His film also shows excellent instincts on the ball that led to multiple interceptions. Major recently committed to Brown university and the senior to be will be an integral part of the falcons defense this fall. keep an eye on this ball hawk as the season begins.
