Luke had a great Freshman season in 2023. he plays as a DE. Against the pass, he is quick off the ball and shows very good flexibility as he gets under the pads of the OT. Once he disengages, he plays with a very good motor and closing speed in pursuit before finishing up with a sack. Against the run, he quickly reads run/pass and he uses his very good athleticism to defeat the OT. He quickly locates the RB before playing at a good pad level. He explodes at the point of attack and delivers a nice form tackle behind the LOS for a TFL.
