About Louis

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

As a young quarterback, my playing style is calm with confidence and natural poise under pressure. A multi-sport athlete, I bring elite-level athleticism to the field—able to extend plays with my legs just as well as I can pick apart defenses with my arm. I have a high football IQ, consistently reading coverages and making smart decisions pre- and post-snap. I manage the game well.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

My mentality is driven, disciplined, and team-first. I approach every challenge with a calm, competitive edge—focused, but never rattled. I am the type who leads by example, stays humble in success, and keeps grinding when no one’s watching. Personality-wise, I am confident without being cocky, dependable, and always locked in on growth—for myself and the people around me. Humbled.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Detroit Catholic Central - Class of 2029 !

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

As captain of both the basketball and football teams, I’ve developed leadership through action—motivating teammates, and creating a standard of excellence. Being part of my school’s Lynx program has further deepened my commitment to mentorship and service, reinforcing values like empathy, inclusion, and giving back to my community.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

One of the biggest challenges I’ve faced is living with a learning difference. It’s pushed me to develop personalized strategies and work habits in the classroom—skills like time management, focus, resilience, and self-advocacy. Over time, I’ve learned how to turn that challenge into a strength. I carry those same tools onto the athletic field, where I stay composed, and adapt quickly.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a college where I can succeed both academically and athletically—no matter the level. My focus is on finding the right fit: a place that values hard work, supports student-athletes, and gives me the opportunity to grow on and off the field.
