Neighbor gets lost in the shuffle, somewhat, on a Kennedy outfit with next-level prospects throughout the roster. When given an opportunity, however, Neighbor delivered. He’s a guy that really could take a step forward as a senior and would be well served to get out on the college camp circuit this summer to get himself more firmly on the recruiting radar. Neighbor caught nine balls for 179 yards and a touchdown in 2025, when he also added 20 yards rushing. He registered eight tackles, six of which were solo. He had a half tackle for loss and forced a fumble, too. He averaged 16.6 yards on seven kick returns. As we witness when watching his 11th-grade highlight video, Neighbor succeeds with speed, athleticism and an ability to make opponents miss. There’s also potential there for a future in the secondary as well.
