Cook exploded onto the scene this winter and spring at the tight end position and the De La Salle product is one of the best available heading through the summer. He is a violent blocker in the run game and has the ideal frame to pack on weight at the next level and offers a high floor in college. downfield, he is a smooth route runner and can make contested catches with ease while physical with the ball in his hands and always looking for contact in space. In the run game, he has a strong punch and can get immediate vertical push on defensive ends and outside linebackers. Heading into this fall, Cook will be one of the top tight ends in Northern California and his commitment will be want to watch down the stretch.
