Whitford was sensational. He was the key targeted receiver and he is an exceptionally nuanced route runner who has good footwork and naturally created separation all day. He is twitched up and moves well laterally. I’d argue, if it wasn’t for an offseason injury, he’d be on varsity this year. He’s the second best receiver for American Fork, at any level. He’ll be a D1 recruit and will garner Power-Four interest. Huge upside.

Whitford is advanced and polished. He’ll find his way onto the field on Friday nights this year. He’ll be a sensation on Thursday nights, but his combination of route runner, little wasted movement, creating separation, and being strong at the catch point are skills that can’t be kept off the field. I’d argue he’s the second-best receiver at American Fork right now.

Whitford is exceptionally polished. He has great footwork, an array of moves off the line to avoid press coverage and easily creates separation. Whitford shows good physicality and is good after the catch. He projects to get to about a 6’3 range, and he is a receiver who is strong at the catch point. He is one player whom I had trouble placing this low in the rankings. He’ll get D1 offers and is technical enough to garner Power-Four looks.
