Smaller, stouter QB prospect with impressive athletic metrics from track – 11.52 100M, 43′ 7.5” TJ (2025). (+) Clean, polished mechanics. Snappy hips, always gets back to a good base when operating the RPO game. Clean, quick delivery. Pinpoint accurate to the short and intermediate areas. Rhythm-based thrower with impressive timing. Plays “shortstop” well, making altered arm angle throws on the move. Bigger arm than you’d think for his size. Can attack each level. (-) A tick late to react to pressure. Forced some throws as you get further and further beyond the LOS.

Power Statement: Hughley is an athletic, smooth QB prospect with a stronger arm than he gets credit for. He is a true point guard-style QB who attacks each level of the field with drive and touch. Compensates for his size with elite operational skills. High floor.
