Keyshawn Morsillo Keyshawn Morsillo 6'3" | 190 lbs | QB Westinghouse | 2023 State PA had a year to remember. The Westinghouse senior quarterback had a career to remember if we’re being honest. One score shy of 60 total touchdowns on the year. Over 3,000 yards accumulated. When we speak on Morsillo, it’s usually in under-recruited talks. Thankfully, programs have taken a chance on him in recent weeks, those being Lock Haven, Westminster, and Waynesburg to name a few. The senior bulldog did all he could against a perennial powerhouse in the state final, a valiant performance put on by a kid on the biggest stage of his career. His State Final performance could have been better, yet I am pleased with his top-ten ranking nonetheless.

Morsillo is getting D1 interest and recently picked up his first offer from D2 Lock Haven. The senior is a dual-threat Quarterback with a quick release. Morsillo would be ideal in a zone-read RPO-style offense in college. Keyshawn has good QB mechanics on play-action fakes and keeps his eyes downfield. The competitive QB knows how to get the ball to his targets quickly. He isn’t a run-first guy, but Key is capable of gnashing defenses scrambling. Morsillo’s escapability can kill teams blitzing & playing man too much on the backend. The 23′ prospect gets the ball out with good anticipation & placement. He throws great on rollouts and possesses the ability to improv on broken plays. KM has a strong arm & throws a good deep ball. The 6’3 senior signal-caller has led Westinghouse to an undefeated record in 2022.

Keyshawn has gotten FBS & FCS attention, but he recently picked up his first offer from Division 2 Lock Haven. Morsillo is a smooth dual-threat QB with a quick release. He projects well in an RPO slash zone read scheme. Key’s a good athlete with good size standing at 6’3. His anticipation & placement is good on his short & intermediate crossing patterns. Keyshawn also throws well off of play-action & RPO-style plays. As far as elusiveness goes he has great escapability & is dangerous outside the pocket. Keyshawn is good at distributing the ball & getting it to his playmakers in space on all 3 levels. The senior signal caller improvises well on broken plays & throws great on the run overall.

before the season. Morsillo. A City-League player of the year finalist last Fall, Morsillo is still somehow un-offered at this current point in time, this coming after a 33-score junior tape littered with college-level throws and runs. Morsillo is already racking up yards and production this Fall, recently accounting for just under 350 yards and four scores in a win over Steelton-Highspire.
Our rank lands Morsillo as a High-End FCS level player, with full potential to land a G5 offer. I’m confident his senior tape will replicate his junior-year production.
