Stat Line: 10 rushes, 126 rushing yards, three touchdowns
Not only was Josiah over the 100+ rushing yards mark, but I would love to know how many of those were yards after contact, as watching the tape that number flies up quickly as he ate contact on muliple levels of the field. Josiah’s always had the speed, but I am noticing even more patience with his vision this season before he hits the hole behind what is a sound offensive line in 11AAA. He hit nearly 21 MPH against Yankton and we know the 10.73 100-meter times, so I want to know why it’s been quiet on the recruiting front? If I am an FCS school that has scholarships available, I geuninely feel Josiah is worth a look.

The Prep Redzone Dakotas Combine RB MVP has the best breakaway speed you will see on tape at the running back position in the Dakotas as Josaih wastes no time showing that on tape going from 0 to 100. He also has excellent pure instincts with his vision, as it takes Josiah hardly any time to find what he is looking for starting off with his great agile movement (low 4s in the shuttle) to set the tone to get downhill. I have to say, I am shocked he doesn’t have his first offer yet to be honest with that verified speed and excellent tape.

Josiah was huge in Week 4 against Yankton on the road, logging a workhorse like effort of 25 carries, 238 rushing yards, and four touchdowns. Josiah’s explosiveness has gotten absurd with his sudden release point out of tight windows as too, his vision as really opened up as to why he is the top running back in state and I would the top back in the Dakotas too as Josiah has isolated himself from the pack. One of a few running backs on this list that knows how to use his transitional burst to his advantage. Josiah looks like a Division I running back in my eyes easily. Twitter

, as his live evaluation put him ahead of the curve, as our new RB1 in in South Dakota. I just evaluated Josiah earlier this week, so I will unlock what else I like from him on tape. His effectiveness in tight areas of operation shows off some of the best balance I have seen in the last few years from an underclassmen at tailback, as I mentioned how tolerant he is with his contact balance. His elusive traits certainly show off a Division I or II target as a running back although he does have positional flexibility as a sideline to sideline linebacker too.
