I surely am going to be watching this Harrisburg 2028 wide receiver core closely during this fall season, as another name that stood out in my eyes at the USF Prospect Camp and has been a top perrformer at our 7v7 tournaments this summer has been Kasen Meyer Kasen Meyer 5'11" | 170 lbs | WR/DB Harrisburg | 2028 State SD who’s been on my radar since he was a middle schooler. What growth did I see out of Kasen at the USF Prospect Camp? His playmaking ability has certainly taken a step forward from our first look of him during camp season, as Kasen showed off some of the best hands I saw out of the 2028 group out of South Dakota from my lenses. He’s grown his football IQ from moving over from the QB position, and surely has plenty of position upside left to grow with two season left incoming in the Tigers offense. Surely Harrisburg might get my team MVP for the best trio of athletes amongst the underclassmen group at the USF Prospect Camp too since they were all over my notebook on Friday night.
