Biggerstaff is a strong back who plays with good pad-level. He’s a true one-cut runner who will find a lane, stick his foot in the ground, and get north and south. He won’t dance around and lose yardage. He’s able to lower his shoulder and pick up some tough yards. He’s not afraid of contact and has the frame to withstand a big workload in between the tackles. His feet are fast enough to follow his eyes and get through small holes before they close. He finished the season with 500 rushing yards and 4 TDs while averaging over 7 yards per carry. I’d expect his role to increase quite a bit this fall.

Biggerstaff impressed today for a few different reasons. He’s strong, has a good build, and can run in between the tackles. He seemed to pick up the teaching points fairly quickly and build on them. He’s a good enough athlete to come out of the backfield and be a piece in the receiving game when his number is called. I really like where he’s at in his development phase and see him picking up more work next fall for Center Grove.

Biggerstaff is a great north-and-south runner who runs with great forward lean and finishes forward on contact. Tough, strong and fast, he hits the gap with some twitch and quickness, and has a good extra gear at the second level. Returning from injury, he broke out in Week 8 during the regular season, rushing for 271 yards off 34 carries. Keep an eye on him in the future.

Biggerstaff is a dynamic 2-way player who I really like going both ways. Defensively, he’s quick and has good wiggle. He can create pressure, and he doesn’t miss the tackle when it comes his way. Offensively, he’s a dynamic back with great short-area agility and speed. He’s got good vision, balance, and re-acceleration. I liked his JV tape last year and feel he’ll be ready to contribute this fall.
