James Halter James Halter 6'5" | 270 lbs | OL/TE Pittsburgh Central Catholic | 2027 State PA might be one of the biggest stock risers in the entire 2027 recruiting class as he has picked up multiple Division One offers, including one recently from The Ohio State University. Halter played as a tight end last year, where he was a devastating blocker. He destroyed defenders and drove them off the ball. He is projected as a starting offensive tackle this year for PCC, and I expect a huge year from Halter.
