2025 Running Back Jamarlon Otis Jamarlon Otis 5'7" | 175 lbs | RB Mountain Pointe | 2025 State AZ once again had an unbelievable game last night for the Pride. His ability to put his foot in the ground and get downhill was unstoppable as he got behind his pads and powered his way through the defense for a three rushing touchdown performance. He also got it done through the air with a few catches to have around 100 scrimmage yards in the game, showing that he is a multi-dimensional back threat. Otis’s terrific game will help spark some momentum, as he will need to be the central focus for the Pride offense to have postseason success.

2025 Running Back Jamarlon Otis Jamarlon Otis 5'7" | 175 lbs | RB Mountain Pointe | 2025 State AZ proved last night why he is one of the best running backs in the state. He rushed for 3 rushing touchdowns in the contest and had over 100 yards rushing on the ground, followed by a couple of catches out of the backfield. A redzone nightmare for the defense as he can find the tiniest amount of space and not be denied when the endzone is in this sight. He can also hit a big home run play, bursting out in open field into another gear and eating up yards on the ground. A remarkable performance last night from the senior running back, being the focal point for the Mountain Pointe rushing attack.

A recent transfer from Louisiana, 2025 Running Back Jamarlon Otis Jamarlon Otis 5'7" | 175 lbs | RB Mountain Pointe | 2025 State AZ will be an immediate impact player for the Pride. With the recent departures in the backfield previously mentioned, he should have no problem getting the workload early out of the backfield. Racking over 200 carries, 1,769 yards, and 18 rushing TDs at Captain Shreve High School last season, his senior year will be fun to watch if he can replicate these numbers. His elusiveness and “home-run” speed ability out of the backfield with make this run game incredibly dynamic. With an impressive line up front, Otis could put up monster numbers.
