I didn’t catch many 18U games, but some of what I did I say Montlouis lighting it up on both sides of the ball. Big pass breakups, forcing turnovers, and then turning around on offense and making big plays and showcasing a bunch of athletic potential. He’s twitchy, has a good feel for his body on the field, and gets in and out of his breaks easily. He also understood leverage and how to position himself to make the play.
