February was a huge month offers-wise for Jack. In March he’s been around the country visiting some elite programs. Earlier this month he visited Duke and Bowling Green. He also most recently picked up an offer from Army West Point.

Last month, he was offered by New Hampshire, Princeton, Lafayette, Cornell, and Columbia. He went on visits to Temple and UPenn.

In my honest opinion, Yatchenko’s sophomore and recently released junior tape are enough for decision-makers to pull the trigger right now. No testing, combining, needs to be done if you were to ask me, his tape speaks for itself. His tape and production has him landing as a top 50 overall prospect, one spot out of the top five at his position. I’ve done my digging with coaches I know in the area, If I were Yatchenko and family, I wouldn’t be too worried. Every year we come across kids whose recruiting statuses are a bit confusing from an outside perspective. Almost each and every time, things just need to play out, patience must be had. I’d argue that’s the case with Yatchenko currently. Only a matter of time.
