continues to excel on both lines of scrimmage for Northern Allegheny. As an offensive tackle, he is doing a good job both in run blocking and pass blocking. As a pass blocker, I like how he moves his feet to stay in front of edge defenders. Then, as a defensive lineman, he is disruptive against offenses. He even created a fumble already. Girty continues to show his worth for Northern Allegheny on both sides of the ball.

has limited film from last year, but he flashed good skills as an offensive tackle. He shows good technique as he fires off the ball well. He also blocks in the run game well by driving defenders off the ball. I really like how he combo blocks defensive linemen. Girty has the talent to improve even more going into next season and should get on the field and possibly start for North Allegheny.

shows off a good freshman tape, one with a ton of JV reps showcased. That’s okay, not easy to crack that NA starting lineup even if you are a solid freshman prospect. Girty stands out as a two-way trench player who has reps stationed at OLB/DE, as well as some OL helping out in run-blocking sets. Depending on how his frame develops, look for Girty to be a pivotal piece to NA’s future, whether it be on the offensive or defensive front.

played both offensive and defensive line for North Allegheny last year on Junior Varsity. On both sides of the ball, he shows good strength and technique to play both positions. At the offensive line, he does a nice job of pulling and kicking out defensive linemen. He shows good ability to get to the next level to get on blocks as well. At the defensive line, he shows he can get off the ball quickly and make plays in the backfield. He also flashed a motor that never stops. Girty had a solid Freshman year for North Allegheny.
