Public school-wise, you would be hard-pressed to find quarterbacks that have more dynamic weapons to toy with than Glassboro’s Jack O’Connell Jack O’Connell 6'4" | 180 lbs | QB Glassboro | 2026 State NJ . O’Connell has some really nice fundamentals to his throws, particularly when transferring his weight; with this, he showcases some torque in his lower half. This bottom-up structure allows him to beautifully loft the ball, as if he was plucking a string, into the bread basket of his receivers once they are behind their defender and in front of the end zone. One who wants to make the play, O’Connell barely stands tall at moments in the face of heavy, looming pressure. If you look closer, however, O’Connell really does a nice job of delivering an on-target ball in places where only his guys can make plays on them – especially on vertical passes. O’Connell has experience running RPOs as well.
