Good read of run concepts, he is very disruptive with the athletic ability and nice processing ability. Good active hand usage, Fowler fights to regain positioning and understands his leverage. Good at resetting the line of scrimmage with good power and technique. Excellent vs pullers, Fowler quickly reacts and makes plays in the backfield and is a strong tackler.
