Te’o put together a productive season on both sides of the ball with 9 TDs on offense and 75 solo tackles and 14 TFLs on defense. He’s a versatile athlete at 5’10″/180 that would fit in nicely as a physical second-level defender at the next level. Can stuff the box in run support, shows his IQ and lateral range/quickness in coverage over the middle of the field, and tackles aggressively in the flats. Te’o picked up offers from Minot St. and Carroll College last summer and is one of the top defenders still available in Nevada.

Isaiah Te’o had a strong junior year developing as a defensive prospect. Isaiah has received some awards for being a top Las Vegas defender, but I am surprised schools have not shown much interest this fall. Expect that to change sooner rather than later. Isaiah shows a good combination of power and closing speed flattening ball carriers in space. Good instincts and a fast change of direction shows redirecting to play the quarterback’s eyes in zone coverage. Coaches like Isaiah’s size, physicality, and tackling ability that suggests he has the potential to be a true middle linebacker in college.

I have a feeling Isaiah Teo Isaiah Teo 5'10" | 180 lbs | DB Desert Pines | 2025 State NV will be one of the highest defensive risers in the 2025 class. I am shocked to see him receive no social media attention and I would expect Isaiah’s regional recruitment to heat up before this season ends. Isaiah shows good instincts, physicality, and tackling ability stuffing opponents’ runs behind the line of scrimmage. Good power and quickness gets displayed redirecting and fighting through traffic before knocking ball carriers backwards. Recruiters are sure to notice Isaiah’s good size, skillset, and consistent production when moving him up their lists this fall.
