out of Lewis Central is an offensive lineman that gives off the vibe that he loves to maul defenders.
Willing and able to smack a defensive lineman in the mouth, Infanger’s get off at the line of scrimmage allows him to pop defensive tackles before their ready, using leverage to drive them back on their heals and take them to the ground and out of the play. His strength is in the running game, as the 6-foot, 275-pound center is best at blocking the down man and taking him down the field. He’s also a solid puller that uses that same drive in blocking to quickly get up field and find a defender to plow out of the way for a Lewis Central ball-carrier.
Infanger, like Beachem, received his first-ever Division I offer from Drake in late March.

Infanger has been on the Prep Redzone Iowa radar for some time. We’ve written about the talented Lewis Central lineman for years. We last evaluated him 10 months ago. An update generated from his junior season this past fall is in order. Infanger, who recently picked up an offer from Bemidji State, was kind enough to put together an 11th-grade highlight video for us to check out. He chipped in 5.5 tackles (3 solo, 1.5 TFL) on defense, but most of his contributions came on the offensive side of the trench. Infanger is a mauler at the center position. He’s super smooth and explosive at the position, traits you like to see there. Strength and power at the point of the attack usually overwhelm opponents. Combo blocks are part of his game, and he has no trouble reaching blocks at the second level.

Infanger shows during his sophomore highlight video that he loves the game’s physicality. He displays impressive strength for a 10th-grader, making it difficult for defenders to disengage from his block. Infanger is quick off of his snap, which helps him reach his assignments. He has a knack for sealing the opposition away from the ball and taking it out of the play. Infanger needs a bit more bend at times, becoming susceptible to being knocked off balance and losing the leverage battle by being straight up. His power would play up even more if he moves up under the defenders pads regularly.

Infanger was impressive at the center position during drills, consistently handling tough matchups easily. He showcased active hands, lateral quickness, and a strong frame, excelling as a rhythmic and disciplined blocker. Clocking a 5-second 40-yard dash and a 3.59-second shuttle, his athleticism stood out for his position. Only a sophomore, Infanger’s solid technique and strength, which will continue to develop, will position him as a top prospect in the coming years.

is an impressive-looking athlete at 6’0″ and 220 pounds with a reported 465-lb squat and is among the top shot putters in the country in his age group. Hunter was part of a select group of freshmen who were called up to varsity for the 4A champions. I don’t have a ton of tape from Hunter’s freshman season, but considering Lewis Central’s ability to churn out college prospects, I’m confident it won’t be long before we hear about Hunter in recruiting circles.
