is a rare HB-type eval who should find the field early and often for Charleston Southern. Green is a devastating blocker who can decleat defenders in the open field. However, his playmaking ability is what sets him apart. Green has good hands, is hard to tackle in the open field, and separates well at the top of routes for a big guy. Flip the ball to him in the flat, and Green has a chance to give you 20 yards with a cloud of dust. He could flip around and play DE at the FCS level with ease too.

continues to be one of my favorite prospects in the 2025 class, and his performance against PACS was one of his best. Green is extremely strong and has the muscle mass in a traditional FB that teams search for. He is a great blocker as a result, but his receiving ability takes his game to another level. He has soft, strong hands and is dangerous once he gets going downhill. He moves 230 fast, and with his frame, he often requires multiple defenders to bring him down. Green reeled in 5 receptions for 80 yards and a TD, while also playing some defense and doing fine work as a blocker. He has D1 offers, but I still think there’s an FBS home out there for him.

It was a matter of time before offers started rolling his way. Charleston Southern became the first D1 school to offer. Green tested exceptionally well at our most recent combine, testing at least in the 98th percentile in combine ratings when stacked against historical data for his position, according to Tracking Football. He did it at 6’2 243 as well. I’ve never evaluated Green in a spot where he was easy to guard. He is way faster and twitchy than most players his size, and he just brushes off DBs when he gets going downhill. Factor in his impressive impact-blocking skills, and you have a complete TE/HB prospect. With his athleticism and explosiveness, I could see coaches looking at him at DE as well. The HB is a lost art, but if anyone is in the market for one,

Last Summer was my 1st time seeing Green and walked away impressed. “…speed to stretch the field vertically and understands the concept of catching the ball at its high point against smaller defenders”rnI had a 2nd chance to see Green 2 weeks ago at the Prep Redzone Combine where he took away Top honors in the WR category. He measured out at 6’2 243 and blew the metrics out of the water. Ran a top 5 40 yard dash and L-Cone and had a 10’4 broad jump.
Interesting recruit that could play at multiple positions at the next level. Since last years Camp he has picked up 1st Team All Region and All Forsyth County honors. Outstanding in the classroom with a 3.8 GPA.
Colleges are taking note of this diamond in the rough with Jax St, Kennesaw St, Wofford and Miami (OH) taking interest as of late. Steal for someone in the next recruiting cycle.

6’2.5 230 TE (West Forsyth): Green is a good-looking prospect at TE or even as a Wideout at the next level. He checks all the boxes: height, weight, speed and agility. He did a good job with body placement in the 1 v 1 shielding smaller DBs. His varsity film shows that he has the speed to stretch the field vertically and understands the concept of catching the ball at its high point against smaller defenders. Green recently took top honors at the Prep RedZone and VTO recruit camps. This fella is Under the Radar but I guarantee not for long.

Green was arguably the top overall performer at the showcase, taking home one of the MVP awards. The FB/TE looks all of 6’1 230, easily making him one of the most physically impressive prospects. For a bigger guy, Green tested well with a sub 5.0 40-time and then broad jumped at 9’6. Green was able to showcase another element to his game, which is his ability to stretch the field vertically. He is a smooth route runner that can change direction with ease. Most importantly, he understands how to use his body to his advantage, shielding off faster and pesky defenders. With his versatility, Green is absolutely worthy of looks, and he is still young.
