Spaulding can win vertically, but he is a smooth mover and has plenty of juice as an athlete, which will give him the ability to work each level of the field. He is a strong breakout candidate this fall, and even if he plays at a program beneath the D1 level, he has obvious D1 traits.

Spaulding is a guy that I recently had the chance to evaluate. He is very talented with great size. One could argue that he has elite size at the high school level. He was productive this season and was one of the better players in the state when it comes to the double move. Tackling a guy like Spaulding is difficult, and he will be monitored closely by our scouts in attendance. I think the majority of our scouts would agree that we are most excited to see him in the one-on-one portion of this event.
