Connor Jackson | Prep Redzone Scout
An offer from Boston College tossed Vahle on my radar, and since then, I have had the chance to see him up close. He is all of 6’3 200, and there is plenty of room for him to get bigger. Even while he is a raw athlete and still filling out, he was among the top testers at our spring showcase in ATL. It proves difficult to drop the ball over him, and he has the ball skills to make plays when in position. He could slide down and eventually play as an LB, but regardless, the developmental upside here is enough to dream on.

A playmaking two-way player on the rise with plenty of size and potential, Wahle has a big opportunity to make an impact this fall for a West Forsyth team that will likely compete for another region title. He shows good instincts in coverage, dependable hands, and could be the Wolverine’s next D1 prospect in the 2028 class. He plays hard, continues to improve, and will likely see some chances to make plays on offense at wide receiver next fall. The Wolverines are hoping new playmakers emerge this fall, and Vahle has a chance to be that player this fall as a junior. He’s a Forsyth County prospect to keep a close eye on in 2026.

This was my first in-person focus on Vahle, who capped off a big week in his recruitment with his performance at our showcase. He is just a puppy, but there is plenty of developmental upside. He is a tall, lean, athletic DB prospect who might fill out into an LB prospect. Regardless, he is a fluid player and proved difficult to drop the ball over for QBs. He had arguably the play of the showcase when he wrestled the ball away from a receiver for an INT. An offer from Boston College surely won’t be his last.
