The top prospect in the state of California made his highly-anticipated commitment last Saturday and is staying close to home.

Cathedral Catholic two-way star Honor Faalave Honor Faalave Honor Faalave 6'0" | 180 lbs | ATH Cathedral Catholic | 2027 State CA announced his commitment to USC.

Faalave ran for 1265 yards with 21 touchdowns and had 564 yards receiving with seven touchdowns for a Cathedral Catholic team that won the Open Division championship in San Diego. Defensively, he had 38 tackles, a forced fumble, a fumble recovery and two interceptions.

He also had offers from Texas, Oregon, Notre Dame, LSU and Miami among many others. Faalave is the fourth player from Southern California in USC’s 2027 recruiting class.
