Lilo is one of the top outside linebackers across San Diego and has the physical build and passes the eye test for the next level. He is a longer levered player that uses his length well on the edge and can set the edge, violently get off blocks and plays flat down the line while seemingly always around the ball. When rushing the passer, he has natural bend around blockers and can collapse the pocket quickly while able to win with both speed and power. He shows he can redirect quickly, cover in the flats and make plays sideline to sideline while shutting down a entire half of the field. Lilo is poised for a monster senior year and should draw plenty of late FCS interest/offers.

Lilo is one of the top defenders across the region heading into his senior year and has a huge frame with plenty of room for growth and development at the college level. He is strong and powerful at the point, can quickly reset the line and take on blockers without losing ground and moves well for his size in space, changes direction with ease and can make plays in open space/knife into the backfield. Lilo is a strong tackler, plays with good leverage and violent hands and can quickly jack up blockers at the first level and is a very balanced player against the run and when transitioning to pass rush. He has been a bit under-recruited so far and should draw plenty of next level interest once his senior yer gets underway.

Lilo is a strong and physical edge setter at outside linebacker, and can come up and take on blocks, set the edge and make tackles in the open field with a quick shock and shed process. He shows he can knife inside drive blocks and create havoc when slanting and using his speed/bend around the corner and is very active in the backfield. Overall, he has great size, speed and the frame to keep packing on weight and should fit nicely as a true outside linebacker in college with plus run stopping abilities while also fluid enough in space to turn and run to cover or get into the flats if need be. Lilo is one of the top returners at the position across San Diego and should be drawing plenty of college attention as well.
