Moeai will be playing a big part with the defensive line unit. He’ll be needed on the front line. He shows good strength and physicality in his game. He plays well against the run and advances his positioning. He has good size and has a frame that he’ll continue to grow into. For Skyridge to be a force on the defense, he’ll need to be an integral part of the defensive line unit.

Moeai has good size for an edge rusher and will continue to grow into his frame and get to 225 lbs. He has a good first step, is explosive, and good bend at the hip. Moeai has lateral quickness and good overall speed for the pursuit of the ball carrier. At the point of contact, he shows good physicality and violent hands to thwart his blocker and has an array of moves to keep his blocker guessing. Moeai is a good athlete who can be an edge rusher or outside backer, and that hybrid LEO role fits his athletic skillset. He is a player who should get recruited regionally.
