At 6’5″, 220 pounds, Fee has the physical tools and arm talent to be a great college quarterback. He didn’t get an opportunity to show off that talent until his senior year, however. He checked a lot of the boxes we expected him to check during the season, but his willingness and ability as a runner impressed us as well. His strong arm and accuracy will make an FCS school very happy.

Fee moved up a modest 20 spots this offseason, but I have him on a shortlist to rocket up the list after his senior season. The feedback I’ve gotten from coaches who have worked with him is unanimous in thinking he has all the tools to be elite, but he simply hasn’t had the opportunity to showcase that. He takes over as starter in 2024 and could have a huge year.

Fee just needs an opportunity. While several players in Fee’s position would have considered transferring for playing time, Fee stuck it out and his reward is the opportunity to start for arguably the top team in the state. Fee has a lively arm and moves well in the pocket. He loves to push the ball down the field and is at his best when his eyes are up and he’s looking for the big play.
