. Doriot finished his career with single season and career record breaking performances that more college programs need to take a look at. Finnley is a dual threat QB who can hurt a defense through the air or on the ground. Doriot has a reported 4.65 40 yard dash, and the tape shows it. He repeatedly broke off long runs by getting to the edge or showing impressive burst between the tackles. The arm talent is the major reason why teams need to check him out. Finnley is able to stretch the field with a big arm. His blend of touch/accuracy matches the raw power to get the ball 40+ yards downfield consistently. Finnley is a poised passer also. You will see him stand tall in the pocket, move through progressions, and make smart choices. He doesn’t panic, and clearly had mastered the offense. Finnley has the mental side of the position, the size, arm talent, and athleticism. Don’t sleep on the QB.

Stats: 14/21, 304 Passing Yards, 3 TDsrnThe senior passer from Kaukauna is off to a hot start. He is Top 10 in passing yards, passing yards per game, and QB Rating. The 6’2″ 185 lbs senior has a big time arm. The way the ball explodes out of his hand when he really lets it rip should catch the attention of the next level. He proved he can keep that arm strength while on the run too. Finnley really separates himself from the crowd with his accuracy. The film also shows the coveted clutch gene as he converted multiple 3rd & longs with his arm. Finnley also adds the athleticism to be able to hurt a defense with his legs, but he doesn’t look to run too early in the play. Stay tuned into the Kaukauna QB’s season.

Finnley has put together an awesome career at Kaukauna. He slowly chipped away and took over the starting job full time. Since then he has put out strong film of what he has to offer the next level. The 6’2” QB has carved up defenses with his touch and accuracy from the short to deep routes. He is able to put the ball where his man has the best chance of bringing it in. This season we really started seeing the arm strength developing too. With that comes more confidence to fit the ball into those tight windows without risking turnovers. Doriot also adds a threat with his legs. A big year is coming for the Ghosts, and Finnley will be at the wheel leading the way on offense.

Finnley had a really strong performance from start to finish. He started the day off with the best overall testing performance among QBs. Check out his numbers at the bottom of the article for that performance. In the drill work, the junior impressed again. He was one of the more technically sound signal callers in the group, and in these sets the technically sound athletes rise to the top. A quick, efficient throwing motion, and his lower and upper body working in unison stuck out to me throughout the day. Finnley was also one of the QBs that caught my eye during one on one battles with his accuracy. It is not easy throwing to guys that you haven’t worked with in these high tense situations, but Doriot leaned on that technique, and was able to read his receivers’ routes well. From there he was able to use his accuracy to place the ball where he wanted it.
The Kaukauna passer is going to be another top QB to watch next season. He led the Galloping Ghosts on a deep playoff run, and will lead another talented team in 2023. Name to know at the position in WI.

Stats: 18/30, 305 Yards, 5 TDsrnThe junior put a little bit of everything on tape in his outstanding Week Two performance. He and his team played in what looked like the game of the week. Unfortunately, they lost in OT, but Finnley left little doubt that he is a talented junior QB prospect. He delivered passes accurately while on the run. He used his athleticism to buy time in the pocket and outside it. His touch stood out on multiple plays, and he was able to put solid velocity on the ball. Finnley’s command of the offense is clear as he was very decisive in his decisions, and wen through his progressions when he needed to do so. Lastly, I was impressed with how well he attacked all three levels of the defense. We are in the midst of a breakout season for the junior.
Week 2: Proud of how we fought back from 28-7 to take the lead in OT.
