Evan Hampton Evan Hampton 6'0" | 180 lbs | RB Owensboro | 2026 State KY lived up to his high expectations as a senior in impressive fashion. He helped guide Owensboro to a 5A State Title, finishing the season as the leading rusher in 5A with 173 carries for 2,035 yards and 31 touchdowns in 15 games. Hampton is an explosive ball carrier who hits the running lane in a hurry then uses his speed to break away from the defense on long runs. When defenders are able to catch up to him, he has shown the elusiveness to make them miss along with the strength to break tackles with ease. He also played a key role in the passing game this season, catching 19 passes for 288 yards and three touchdowns. Hampton signed with Vanderbilt where I can see him having a very successful career at the next level.
