With good size, Staley tracks the ball well in the air, displays a strong lower body and long legs that can powerfully cut and create separation after the catch, and quickness with the ball in hand as well. I like how he breaks off his routes well and is a solid route runner who is sudden in his releases and at the top of the route, and he also owns strong hands that catch the rock away from his body and can reel in receptions through contact. With a ton of attention set to be given to Minnesota commit Jalen Smith Jalen Smith 6'1" | 175 lbs | WR Mankato West | 2024 State MN , I could definitely see Staley capitalizing on 1-on-1 coverage and making Southern Minnesota defenses pay. Our #83 overall ranked 2025 and #9 ranked WR is also a standout basketball player and competes on the track and field team for Mankato West as well.
