About Dominic

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I would describe my gameplay as high energy. I play every snap like it is my last. I take pride in outworking everyone I go against, no matter what. I play with passion and focus on learning everyday to help my teammates and myself.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

My mentality is I will never quit attitude. I may loose a battle but I will not loose the war. Effort, enthusiasm and commitment is what makes me excel on and off the field.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

City of Meridian Youth of the year, Honor role

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

The skill I have developed and worked the hardest on in the past offseason is quick feet and hip movement. I have spent countless hours on the weekend and before, after practice to help elevate my footwork skill. I have seen great results from my extra work.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

The only challenge I have faced that I have not bee able to overcome is my height. I can and have beat some of the best defenders in the state but it seems my height has kept me off the radar of scouts and schools.

What type of college are you looking for?

I would like to attended a school with a high reputation in Engineering and also has a sports program that values a player with high character and drive.

Scooping up many offers from the Northwest Conference and the D3 ranks, the Bishop Kelly product is having a tremendous senior season for one of the top schools in the state. He should fit nicely inside at the next level and still has plenty of room for growth and development moving forward but offers a nice floor at that level and is very technically sound and knows how to use his leverage and size to his advantage both in pass protection and in the run game. He has picked up offers from Pacific Lutheran, Knox College among others in recent weeks.
